We are committed to our patients and the health of Londoners in general and have put together a package for video or telephone consultations and at-home testing to ensure you get the support and answers you need.
What does the package include?
- An initial video or telephone consultation with an experienced GP who is up-to-date on current coronavirus advice and diagnosis
- A home-testing kit sent to your home. All you need to do is take a combined throat – nose swab and return this to our laboratory in the enclosed envelope.
- An additional full respiratory viral panel can also be conducted for peace of mind.
- A second video or telephone consultation to discuss your results as soon as they are available (usually within 7 days).
How do I book?
You can book online by selecting “Coronavirus Testing Package” on the dropdown menu. This schedules your initial consultation by phone or video. Our team will help you from there.

Our team will take payment over the phone.
Can I come to the clinic for this?
For the safety of all patients, we are not currently seeing patients who have cold or flu symptoms or have had contact with anyone with confirmed coronavirus in person at the clinics. We are offering telephone and video consultations and testing for coronavirus / COVID-19 at home.

What does the test check for?
The test is a PCR test meaning it can tell you if you have an active coronavirus infection. It cannot tell you if you have had it in the past.

If you have coronavirus symptoms in any combination including cough, fever, sore throat, diarrhoea, or other cold and ‘flu symptoms and are self-isolating
