Harley Street Health Centre has provided my husband with exceptional care over the past eight months during his regular blood tests. The entire team is incredibly friendly and professional. They know him by name and always make him feel welcome. It’s rare to find a clinic that prioritises customer experience as much as they do!We also had an issue caused by their lab team at one point, but what truly set Harley Street Health Centre apart was how they handled it. Senior management personally took charge and resolved everything promptly and to our complete satisfaction. I can always get a last minute appointment, the staff are friendly and helpful. The doctors are informative and willing to always answer questions, also they act quickly on results and you can get bloods/scans etc tested and verified very quickly. Highly recommend.

I recently had reason to seek urgent medial attention for acute abdominal pain. I made a same day appointment and was seen within three hours. The GP was incredibly thorough with her questions and examination, explaining everything so I could understand my situation. She referred me for a surgical consultation, even dealing directly with my healthcare provider, and by 4pm I was admitted to hospital. Wonderful service.

I’ve visited twice and had an excellent experience both times.The booking is very easy with no prepayment and flexible cancellation.The staff are very friendly and efficient.The clinic is very clean and well stocked with water and coffee.My results were delivered quickly.And they even offer pet care during your appointment!

I have had a great experience with the Harley Street Health Centre where the staff are friendly and professional. I have had 2 blood tests carried out in the last couple of weeks with them. I booked each of the appointments on the same day of test and each took 10 minutes if that from the moment I got there to getting the blood test and leaving. The results are received as they say within 12 hours. I’ll definitely be going back 😊

Harley Street Health Centre was the perfect solution for what I needed. I did a blood test, was seen to within 8 minutes of waiting in their pleasant lobby which offered wifi. The blood test took less than 10 minutes, the nurse was kind and professional. I received my results before 8am the next day via email. I was very impressed and found the rates reasonable also which was very important.

Excellent experience at the Harley Street Health Centre. The website is easy to use, test fees are very reasonable and the staff are super professional, friendly and helpful. The reception were kind enough to ask a nurse to take my blood test on the ground floor so I didn't have to walk downstairs as I am disabled. They also have fruit and water in the reception which is a nice touch. Will definitely use them again!

A smooth experience from start to end. The person who I spoke to on the phone was ever so helpful when booking my appointment. I booked the Wellwoman examination which I highly recommend. Dr Ara who did the majority of the examination was brilliant. She was very personable, professional and explained my results thoroughly. Clean and modern facilities with friendly reception staff and medical professionals - I will be going back for other routine GP and other tests in future. Overall a great service.

Seen right on the dot at the scheduled time. The doctor for my consultation was helpful, informative and was able to offer me an appropriate prescription.I also had a blood test conducted too. The phlebotomist was helpful, kind and made sure the procedure went off a smoothly as possible.

If i could give it 10 stars, I would. The staff greeted me with a smile, the nurse who took my blood and did my ECG was really nice and managed to put me at ease when I told her I was scared of needles and when I was feeling uncomfortable for the ECG, she made it such a pleasant experience. Then, I had a 90 min consultation with a doctor, what a lovely woman. She listened to me so patiently trying to get to know me better, was very careful with the physical examination, gave me the necessary advice and guidance and next steps, I had a really nice time felt like I went out for a coffee with a friend while the doctor was in fact examining me. After the in - person consultation, I got a follow-up via phone with the doctor to discuss my results, she was straightforward ABZ and gave me the appropriate medication. It was a pleasure talking to her again. I wanna say this health centre has a very welcoming atmosphere, everyone working there is sincerely caring about the patients ( they also had a snack bar with fresh lemon water and coffees for free). I used to fear going to the doctors and I was postponing it as much as I could, but honestly not anymore. I feel in safe hands at Harley Street Health Centre.

I’ve used this service consistently through my pregnancy to more closely monitor my bloodwork. I’ve been so impressed with the speed and turn around of the results. It’s always so quick to pop down to Harley Street. I am usually in and out within 10-15 min. Often times I’ll get the results the same day which is the fastest turn around for results I’ve ever experienced. Highly recommend.

Edith was incredibly knowledgeable, efficient and effective in removing a contraceptive implant that the NHS had been attempting to remove for a year. I was in and out quickly, with a really minimal wound. I was surprised at how affordable the treatment was and I was seen within 4 days of requesting an appointment. The clinic is very clean and comfortable. I can't recommend enough!!

I had such a positive experience recently when visiting this clinic. When having IVF treatment aboard, it can be different finding a reasonably price clinic for same day results. I was so impressed with how friendly the staff were and how quick my blood results came back! Will definitely be using this clinic again.

5 start to this service. Very clean clinic, the staff is competent and quick. Got the results of my blood test after just 5 h. Very easy to get an appointment on the same day or day after. Prices are competitive, not expensive at all considering they gave me the peace of mind of having some health checks done immediately, while with the NHS waiting times are long. definitely recommended!

Great experience when I needed an urgent same day blood test recently. Easy to book, lovely staff and results provided by 7pm the same day after a late morning test. Hopefully I won’t need again but I’d definitely use Harley Street Health again if I do need more tests

Harley Street Health Centre is excellent to get private blood tests done. Super easy to book appointments without a long wait, evening appointments available after work, staff is super friendly and competent and prices are reasonable. Also the turnaround time to get the results is either a few hours (if you have a morning appointment) or the morning after your evening appointments (usually around 10 am) which saves you from a long time of worrying.

This Health Centre offers a great blood test service. I am an Australian travelling in the UK and, because of a rare health condition, need to have regular blood tests. Because of the health condition the test was not ‘run of the mill’ but the team at Harley Street Health Centre worked with me to ensure it was conducted efficiently and reliably. They were very professional and patient.

Had a wonderful experience at the Harley Health Centre! Managed to get a same day GP telephone consultation and Dr Mohseyni was lovely and helpful, also very knowledgeable. I went in for the blood tests and got first my preliminary results then my actual results a couple hours later. A few days later the doctor called me to advise on the next steps. Thank you! Amazing place to have private routine blood tests done. No need for a referral from a GP or a consultant, they always have booking slots readily available, the members of staff are very friendly and the results are sometimes ready on the same day. I just wish I didn't have to travel all the way to London, I do not understand why these sort of services are not available in other parts of the UK.

It was like night and day. My practitioner was Ms Simret Gaim and she was absolutely lovely. Painless, fast, and easy. I got my results within 12 hours. Best money I've ever spent.

This is a really good private health centre. What a private medical practice should be - fast, professional, tailored to specific demands. I inquired with what must have been 5 private clinics, only two responded. One was extremely expensive (mind boggling); whereas, Harley Street offered a reasonable price. They maintained a high professional standard throughout our email exchange (I had a lot of questions) and subsequently throughout tests (needed some done, no treatment though). Tests were done all in one visit; results sent within 48 hours, in a format I requested. Very satisfying. I would highly recommend this centre.

Some years ago I had a bad experience having a smear test done, however Edith changed all that for me. She completely put me at easy, but most importantly was a true professional in the way she did the smear test. Yes a little uncomfortable but nothing compared to previous ones. It has made me resolve to have a smear every year now. Plus Edith gave me some very good advise on simple unperfumed products.I cannot recommend her more highly.

Really recommend this place, staff were friendly, tests were quick and easy, and most importantly had very very quick turnaround of test results which was crucial for me as I have been off work with an unknown health condition that has been really hindering my quality of life. Instead of facing potentially weeks and weeks waiting with the NHS the tests with Harley Street have already provided a really helpful basis to understand what's going on and speak to GPs, for which I can't thank them enough!

I had to have a pre employment medical for a job overseas and Harley street could do everything that was required and the list was huge! The ladies at the reception were polite and helpful and the staff were great. I had everything done with no bother. I would use again.Only thing I would improve is there was something written on my report that said told to take up with GP yet nothing was said to me about it.it wasn’t anything serious but would’ve been nice to be told about it face to face as I was there rather than read that when the report was issued 3 days later.

I attended the Harley Street Health Centre in March 2022 for a full medical and I was very impressed with the service from start to finish. Firstly booking my appointment online was straightforward and easy to do. There were plenty of available days and appointment times available to suit the day and time that best satisfied my requirements. I was kept informed and reminded of my upcoming appointment via email and sms messages which I found convenient and reassuring at the same time. The location of the practice is very central and was only about a 10 minute walk from the nearest underground station, although if I had attended by car it looks like there is multi-story car-park immediately next door. On my arrival at the health centre I was greeted at reception and advised where I needed to be. My appointment was on time, dealt with efficiently and overall run very smoothly. I was at the Harley Street Health Centre approximately 1.5hr during which time I was dealt with in a very professional and courteous manner. I received the results of my examination back very swiftly by email, with a hard copy following on in the post. Overall I am very happy with my service at the centre and would not hesitate to recommend their services to others. The whole experience from start to finish was in my opinion made as stress free as possible which is always a bonus. I am Very pleased with the level of service I received during my medical examination.

A lovely medical centre in the famous Harley Street district of central London.Very friendly reception staff on arrival, which continues with a very friendly and approachable medical team further inside.I had to get a full "MOT" if you like as part of the Chinese work visa process.I was very surprised at how fast and efficient this place is.I was in and out in less than an hour and a half.They said I would get my result in 48 hours, but it was actually 24 hours.Very happy customer in me!Thank you Harley Street Health Centre...to all your staff!

I would absolutely recommend this clinic for PCR tests. I needed one within 96 hours before my departure and the clinic sent the result in less than 30 hours after my appointment! Getting my results earlier than expected was a huge relief and put my mind at ease.The staff were professional, polite, speedy and efficient. The clinic was very clean and covid-19 measures were in place. Also, booking an appointment on their website and accessing the result was easy too. Should I need more travel documents in the future, I'd definitely come back here.

Made a morning appointment for a COVID-19 PCR Test (tested Thursday) and a result was emailed to me in less than 30 hours which given that some countries now require a test within 72 hours was exactly the service I needed. Staff were professional and well organised, the three members of the team here were polite, courteous and very speedy about the whole process.I would definitely recommend this clinic for travel documents

I needed a negative RT-PCR test to show I didn't have COVID-19 for my holiday. I had to do this within 7 days of flying and was worried in case the test did not come back in time. I repeatedly tried to schedule an appointment with other clinics offering this service and found they were not taking bookings far enough in advance and/or taking an age to answer their phones. I was able to speak to someone for advice at the Harley St Health Centre and then book a slot online for first thing on the Monday before my Saturday flight and best of all received the results in just a little over 24 hours.

I received simply mind-blowing service from this clinic when I went to them to receive a COVID-19 antibody test. First of all, they were offering the test at a third of the price asked by pretty much all the other private clinics in London, and NHS members would have an additional 50% discount. I could quickly book an appointment online and get a visit one or two days later. The clinic is nice and welcoming, with two competent receptionists: after a short wait a really nice nurse explained to me the various aspects related to the test and applied it to me. 15 minutes later I had a positive result for IgG antibodies, although the result line was a bit faint. The nurse assured me that this still meant I was positive to antibodies, but I was still somewhat dubious, so after going online for answers and getting confused by differing opinions, I wrote to the clinic to get a confirmation. The clinic director went to absolutely unprecedented lengths to reassure me, indicating me the brand of the tests they used, the accuracy rate that had been measured, and confirming the fact that a faint result was still a result.He didn't stop there, though, and invited me for a retest a few weeks later for piece of mind: in the meantime the test accuracy had been also certified by the Pasteur institute in Paris. I was tested by a different nurse who was also extremely nice and professional, clearly caring about myself not being scared by the needle and engaging in pleasant chat to distract me.

The best private GP in London. Beautiful & clean clinic. Very professional doctors and helpful staff. Found the Harley Street Health centre clinic because my hands and feet were itchy every night once I gone to bed. I have booked a next day appointment and got seen by the very lovely Dr Sabina. Done couple of blood tests (received the results in just 12hrs) and have been diagnosed. Now on medication for couple of weeks.But feel so much better. No more itching. :)

Excellent service and easy to book. I needed to see a GP quickly and the one I have seen was very professional, helpful and friendly. A caring & experienced Dr is hard to find, so I intend to use them in the future as well.

An excellent team of caring staff in a beautiful, professional environment. The doctor I saw was non-judgmental (despite my very subtle and weird symptoms), helpful, and I felt genuinely well taken care of and in good hands. My test results also came back in lighting time and I received a call the minute they were ready. The doctor's advice contributed to my condition improving very quickly. Highly recommend this place!
