If you are concerned about recent exposure to an infection, or want to know your immunity to certain infections, which can help you decide on any necessary vaccinations, we can help.

Antibodies are proteins that help your body to identify & fight infections. They are made by your immune system, & target bacteria & viruses. Specific antibodies (antigens) are produced in response to specific infections.

We can test for the presence of the antibodies that are produced by the body in response to the latest COVID-19 virus, Filaria, Malaria, Hepatitis A, B & C, Measles, Mumps, Thyroid conditions & many others to help diagnose immunity, active infections or conditions.

When should I get tested?

The main reason to get tested for antibodies to individual diseases is exposure to an infected person, or if you are showing symptoms of a specific disease.

Antibody testing can also evaluate your immunity to certain conditions, diagnose autoimmune conditions & allergies, & monitor the status of an active infection.

Please give us a call & speak to one of our doctors if you have any questions or would like to have an antibody test. You can also use our easy Online Booking system.

What does the test include

The antibodies tests are done using a blood test.
