Same-day GP service
The Harley Street Health Centre is delighted to provide same-day and urgent doctor appointments at both of our branches, providing you with the convenience and flexibility you need. Our opening hours are designed to accommodate early morning and late evening appointments as well as Saturdays at our Harley Street branch. We do our best to keep availability at lunchtimes too if you need to walk-in. We know how difficult it can be to see a GP and keep a presence at work so our opening hours are tailored to hard-working London’s needs.
Our clinics are entirely doctor-run with no nurses and need to see more than one practitioner. Your doctor will look after you from A-Z and ensure you receive your results how you want to receive them, fully explained to you and with a plan for the future. Both clinics are fully equipped for most primary care needs and X-rays, scans and specialist appointments all take place within a 5-minute walk of the clinics. We operate in private healthcare ‘villages’ with excellent long-term relationships which means you have a smooth journey and excellent healthcare.
On most days, we can offer a choice of male or female doctor at both clinics. Please specify at the time of booking if you have a preference.
What should you expect from our service?
• A dedicated and knowledgeable team
• An experienced and friendly doctor who gives you a choice in your care
• An informative and inclusive approach
• Transparent fees
• Fast results
Frequently asked questions about our same-day GP service:
Can I use you as my GP service?
Yes. You can use our service however you wish, either for one-off requirements, occasional use or as your regular GP service. This has no impact on your right to an NHS GP and gives you choice in your care.
Will you communicate with my GP?
We will only speak to your GP in special circumstances and if you request for certain kinds of prescriptions. If we need to do this, we will discuss it with you first. You can learn more about notifiable diseases here: http://patient.info/doctor/Notifiable-Diseases
Are you registered with the Care Quality Commission?
Yes. Both of our clinics are registered with the Care Quality Commission and have passed recent inspections with very positive feedback. We continue to strive to improve our services and appreciate your feedback on the care you have received. If you would like to give feedback, we can send you a link to a confidential online survey or you are very welcome to email our practice managers.
