Alya Shakir is the Managing Director of both of our clinics and is responsible for business management, regulatory issues and policies and procedures. She trained in psychology and psychotherapy and applies her training to support mental health promotion and organisational wellbeing programmes, including HR and management training.
She also advises on occupational health challenges, particularly in relation to mental health.
Alya is the registered manager with the Care Quality Commission and leads on our UKAS accreditation.
