If you are planning to move to Japan for work, study, or long-term residence, you will need to undergo a medical examination as part of your visa application. Your medical history will also be carefully reviewed during this process to ensure all visa requirements are met and any health concerns are properly addressed. This helps prevent delays or issues with your visa application and ensures a smooth process from start to finish. Our team will also answer any questions you have about the examination or the required tests.

All required tests will be completed on the same day by one of our UK-licensed and FCO-registered doctors, and your results will be ready within 1 to 2 working days.

To make your appointment easier, please wear comfortable clothing, bring your passport, and any other required paperwork. If you are pregnant, please let us know in advance to ensure the process is safe and smooth. Our clinic strives to create a welcoming and professional environment, providing all the support you need to complete your medical efficiently and feel at ease throughout your visit.

• Urinalysis
• Chest X-ray (Tuberculosis screening)
• Physical examination (covering height, weight, BMI, vision, and blood pressure)

Blood tests are typically not part of a Japan visa medical; however, if requested by your employer or the Japanese authorities, they can be arranged at an additional charge.
