We are pleased to offer telephone, video and in-person urgent appointments with a doctor or nurse, and make every effort to accommodate you at the time you need us. Our opening hours are designed to provide you with as much flexibility as possible, accommodating early morning and evening appointments.

The Harley Street Health Centre is open five days a week and welcomes patients of all ages. We offer urgent appointments with experienced male and female doctors, with early morning and evening times available Monday through Friday. Same-day appointments are available to provide you with as much flexibility and convenience as possible. Home visits can also be arranged.

If you need to walk in for an appointment, we do our best to keep availability throughout the day and especially at lunchtime. Wherever possible, we recommend calling in advance to check availability, secure your appointment, and avoid waiting times.

We operate a GP service, and we can help with a broad range of primary medical care complaints. These include illness, minor injuries, repeat prescription needs, sexual health testing and treatment, and much more.

Please note that whilst we can usually see you on an urgent basis, we do not offer emergency services, and in some cases, you may need to go straight to an A&E (emergency) department. Our team will explain this to you when you call to make your appointment, depending on the reason for the visit.

Our services include:

  • Family and children’s clinic
  • Travel Clinic* for vaccination and health advice
  • Urgent GP appointments
  • Sexual health clinic with a full range of testing
  • Paternity testing*
  • Prescription service
  • Minor injury clinic
  • Specialist referrals
  • Visa Medicals*
  • Employment Medicals

FAQs

Will my appointment be with a professional doctor?

Yes. All of the doctors at our clinic are professional, experienced GPs who are registered with the General Medical Council. In some cases, such as with medical testing, sexual health testing, and wound dressing, you can be booked with a nurse. We will discuss this with you at the time of booking.

Can I walk in for an appointment?

You are welcome to walk in for a doctor’s appointment during our opening hours. We will make every effort to ensure that you are seen as soon as possible. We always recommend calling in advance wherever possible to avoid waiting.

Can you see me in an emergency?

Whilst we offer urgent and same-day appointments, in some cases, you will need to go to a hospital A&E department. These include loss of consciousness, major trauma, severe and unstoppable bleeding, sudden chest pain, stroke, severe burns or serious injuries.
